BrandJet AI is on AppSumo in four tiers. This page compares what each tier includes, how to upgrade between them, and what to do if you bought the wrong one.
What each tier includes
Tier 1
1 workspace, 1 user seat.
Limited monthly sends, leads, and AI credits.
Standard models for Artemis and AI features.
Access to MCP server.
Mention Reply Agent: not included.
BYOK: not included.
Tier 2
2 workspaces, 3 user seats.
Higher monthly send, lead, and AI credit allowance.
Mid-tier premium models.
Mention Reply Agent and Lead Collector Agent enabled.
Workflow AI nodes enabled.
BYOK: not included.
Tier 3
5 workspaces, 10 user seats.
All standard premium models.
Conversation Reply Agent enabled.
Higher lead and credit allowances.
White-label: tracking domain only.
BYOK: not included.
Tier 4
10 workspaces, 25 user seats.
All models (premium and frontier) via BYOK.
BYOK included for OpenAI and Anthropic.
Full white-label including custom help center and CNAME sign-in.
Priority support and shared Slack channel.
Specific quota numbers change as we expand sources; the live picker at Settings → Billing → Plan always shows current values.
How to upgrade between tiers
Stack a code (during the active AppSumo deal)
If the deal is still live on AppSumo, you can buy a higher tier directly and stack it onto your account:
Buy the higher tier on AppSumo.
Inside BrandJet, open Settings → Billing → Plan.
Click Redeem code and enter the new code.
Your tier upgrades immediately and the new quota applies to the current billing cycle.
Switch from AppSumo Tier X to AppSumo Tier Y
AppSumo own tier-switch policy applies here — you swap your original code for the new tier code within AppSumo refund window. After the swap is approved on AppSumo side, we recognise the new tier automatically within 24 hours.
After the deal ends
Once a tier is no longer available on AppSumo, you cannot purchase a new code at that tier. You can:
Convert to a SaaS plan (Starter, Pro, Growth, Agency) on a monthly or annual subscription. Your AppSumo data carries over.
Wait for a re-launch — we sometimes bring tiers back briefly.
Refunds
AppSumo 60-day refund window applies. Once you refund, the code is invalidated and your account drops to the Free tier (data preserved). If you stacked multiple codes, refunding one only removes that one — the rest stay.
What happens to your data on upgrade
Existing campaigns, leads, inboxes, analytics, and workflows are all preserved.
New workspaces unlocked by the higher tier are added as empty workspaces.
Increased quotas apply immediately to the current billing cycle.
Features newly available at the higher tier (BYOK, white-label, additional agents) light up automatically — you may need to configure them.
Common questions
I bought Tier 2 but need Tier 4 for BYOK. What do I do?
If the deal is live, stack to Tier 4. If the deal has ended, convert to SaaS Pro or above and add BYOK from Settings → AI and Models.
I want to downgrade my AppSumo tier. Can I?
AppSumo does not support tier downgrades. You can request a refund within 60 days and re-purchase the lower tier separately.
Do AppSumo codes auto-renew?
No. AppSumo deals are lifetime — buy once, keep forever, no renewal.
Can I run multiple workspaces on the same AppSumo account?
Yes, up to your tier workspace limit. Each workspace is fully isolated.
